The experience of a non-native speaker in a foreign land struggling with life’s minor chores…I know what you mean!

You guys are wonderful story tellers, and I love reading about your daily experiences (and exploration of other countries) so I can relate my move from Hong Kong to the US. Sometimes sad, but mostly funny. Because it doesn’t matter how many tourist books or city guides you read, there are many (many!) things yet to understand.

Don’t be surprised if you read my future postings and they sound familiar, but the country/cities are reversed. 😉

Take care and visit us in DC soon,
    Candy
